PLEASE HELP, i have a nasty virus that wont die

Please help me, i have a virus that wont go away no matter what i do. Ive tried an AVG, Malwarebytes, Avast scan and an AVG, Malwarebytes scan in safemode and an Avast boot scan. Everytime i restart the computer the virus keeps poping up even though each time i scan the scaner says it killed like 4 new trojans. I guess its replicating. So i tried hijack this but i have no idea how to interpret the log so if anyone can help me with this it would be GREATLY apreciated.

Uninstall Manager

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Open the Misc Tools box
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager box
• Click on the Save List box
• Save to your desk top or some place you can find later.
• Notepad will open with an uninstall list. Copy and paste it into your next post.
• If notepad does not popup, navigate to were you saved the file and retrieve the list.

Please advise me if you have attempted any other repairs to your system and refrain from any more attempts to clean it.
