Hi pgmigg,
A. I didn't have any problems executing the instructions.
B. I sent you the contents of the TDSSKiller Report log file in an attachment in my last post which I did last night before I went to bed.
C. There were no found threats on the ESET.txt log file. When it was done scanning my computer, it only said that I had 0 problems in 2 different areas after the scan was completed. It didn't populate a log file for me to attach in this response to you. So I hope I did it right, but I followed your instructions to a tee & it took over an hour and 45 minutes to run all the way through the scan process... So I think it just didn't find anything malicious on my computer.
These people have made a huge amount of money by selling my wines. Is it a possibility that they could they have purchased something to install on my computer that's not detectable when they had remote access available to my computer before I disabled that feature? As I wonder if there is some software out there now that would not be detectable to these programs you've given me to run which would make them undiscoverable? Have you heard of any such program like that? Let me know what you think?
I thank you again so very much, for your time and help on everything we've done so far! I have to say, my computer is running like a champ now too!! I hope to hear back from you regarding your thoughts on all this, and if there is anything else I need to do past this point!
Sincerely,

Hi pgmigg,
I ran the program above delfix and removed all the items I placed on my system to check & clean it!
Thank you again for all your help! I feel much better now that you've walked me through everything & I know that my computer is safe now... You are the best & I truly appreciate all you helped me with!
If you could please give me instructions on how to make sure I have enabled & updated all my defense software, that would be helpful. I don't know if you could recommend a good antivirus software or anything else I need right now that hopefully is free for me to use, as I am in the process of getting back to work now, and cash flow is short at the time?
Again, thank you for everything!! You are a rock star on all things computer related and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Sincerely,
jlp007
