That was very amusing indeed, I'm in the UK as my user name suggests and am with NTL, I've experienced stuff just like that, but its a lot funnier when its not me on the whole for long periods of time ranting at my IPS :-p

Cheers for the giggle, I wonder what NTL will say when I go to Sky next motnh?? :-s hehe
