I had been having problems, even after running NAV and Spybot. But I didn't run AdAware (which cleaned up some probs) or TrojanHunter (which also cleaned a problem) until coming here.

I was hoping the additional "cleans" would fix the problem, but wanted to make sure.

So, Incredimail doesn't cause problems?

Is it better to run the additional programs (AdAware, TrojanHunter) and then see how the computer works before posting the HJT log?

There are conflicting ideas about Incredimail !

Everybody has different ideas about it !

Yes, that way if it fixes it then you can post a log just as a precaution if you are not sure !
