All of a sudden, my AVG program started alerting me that I had an infected file-- I did a scan and found a trojan and a virus

I scanned then with counter-spy to find a Keyloger- PC Active 4.0 or something

I started to get worried so I removed the keylogger through it- and did a HJT lot- scanned it- removed some of the bad files and rebooted- Now everyime I scan with Counter Spy I still get that PC Key Logger- My panda active scan always seems to find infected files- but only harmless cookies

Ewido's last couple scans were clean it said

Just wondering what I should do- the registry keys are the ones infected when the Counterspy scan comes back

Hi hellooperator.

I would like to see what CounterSpy is reporting.

Do the following:

Open Sunbelt CounterSpy.
Click "System Tools"
On the Toolbar click "Spyware Scan"
In the part "Last Completed Scan" click on "View details"
A window "Scan History Details" will open.
Right-click on the window with the details of the scan.
Click "Select All". The text will be highlighted.
Right-click the window again to copy the contents to the Clipboard.

Paste the content into a new post in this topic.
