I keep getting these popups and my computer keeps crashing. I see that other people have had this problem also, but I am a total newbee to this kind of stuff. Can someone please walk me through how to fix this problem. Thank you.

I also downloaded the Hijack this file and tried to save the logfile but I received a windows generated an error message that closed the program. How can I save the logfile?
