Hello and welcome to MR. :)

I can't see any serious sign of malware in the log.

You are running an older and therefore vulnerable version of Java.
  • Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
  • Search for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... ) and delete them.
  • It/they should have this icon next to it/them: Image
  • Then download and install the newest version. 1.5.07 from here.
==================================

Scan with HijackThis and put a checkmark against the following entries:

O16 - DPF: {1D4DB7D2-6EC9-47A3-BD87-1E41684E07BB} - http://ak.exe.imgfarm.com/images/nocach ... 0.0.15.cab

Close all windows and click on fix checked.

===================================
Startup Inspector is a useful tool to help you decide exactly what programs you disable from running at startup. If you would like, you can
download Startup Inspector from here

The Readme.txt file included has instructions on how to use it.

As far as I can see the following are not needed to load at the startup:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IgfxTray] C:\WINDOWS\System32\igfxtray.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Mouse Suite 98 Daemon] ICO.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Client Access Service] "C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\cwbsvstr.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Client Access Service] "C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\cwbsvstr.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Client Access Check Version] "C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\cwbckver.exe" LOGIN
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\jusched.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MWSnap] "C:\Program Files\MWSnap\MWSnap.exe"
O4 - Global Startup: TabUserW.exe.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\WTablet\TabUserW.exe

====================================

A little house cleaning will also help speed up your computer.

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.
  • If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power.
  • Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
  • Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
  • Ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
  • Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

______________________________

A regular defrag may speed up your system too.

Click Start > Run > type in CMD and hit enter.

In the CMD window, type chkdsk /f and hit enter. If you are using the NTFS system, you'll get a message that the volume is locked. It will ask you to run at next boot, anwser yes and close the CMD window. Reboot your computer in Normal Mode and wait untill you see the desktop again. (It will reboot automatically just after the check)

When done, click on My Computer, select Local Disk (C), Right click to bring up the menu and click on Properties and go to Tools tab. Click on Defragment now and click on the Defragment button in the next window. This may take some time. Relax and have a cup of coffee or tea.

Let us know if that helped.
