Hello,

At first sight, i don’t see any big problems although, you can fix a few lines.

Fisrt we are going to disable some of your security, because that will may interfere with the fix.
You do it as followed.

Open Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Click on Tools, Settings.
In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection.
Under Startup Options uncheck: Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware Security Agents on startup (recommended).

Under Real-time spyware threat protection uncheck: Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended).
After you uncheck these, click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware.

Now open Hijack This choose Do a scan only

At put a check at the following lines.

O2 - BHO: Google Toolbar Helper - {AA58ED58-01DD-4d91-8333-CF10577473F7} - c:\program files\google\googletoolbar1.dll (file missing)

O3 - Toolbar: &Google - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - c:\program files\google\googletoolbar1.dll (file missing)

O9 - Extra button: Real.com - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Shdocvw.dll

Now restart your computer, run hijack this and place a fresh log on this board.

Note: If you are encountering some problems which I’m not aware of, can you please describe it, then I can prepare a fix for you.

I Have to tell you that, there’s no nail-infection present,as far as I can see now.
