Welcome to Maleware removal forums. I will have a look at your log and be back with you as soon as I can.

In the meantime please make a folder called HJT it may be on your desktop or my documents or even your C:/ drive, place Hijackthis in that folder so we have backups made if need be.

Please do this first.

You seem to be running 2 anti virus programs. This is as bad if not worse than having none. As they will interfere with each other.
I'll leave it up to you which one you want to keep but you need to remove one of them using add remove programs...

Reconfigure Windows XP to show hidden files::

Click Start. My Computer.
Select the Tools menu Folder Options. Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select "Show hidden files and folders".
Uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" option.
Uncheck the "Hide file extensions for known file types" option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.

I would like you to open the task manager by pressing simeltaniously
Ctrl+Shift+Esc or cntrl /alt/delete
then go to the processes tab and end the following if present:
by: right clicking on and choosing end process.

Close all other windows and browsers before clicking on fix checked.

Search for and remove
Now I want you to search for and delete the following folder and all it's contents if present. If you need help finding them.
Click start /search/ all files and folders/ look for More advanced options. once in there select the first 3 boxes.
Please just remove the files/folders I listed in BOLD

C:\WINDOWS\system32\runsrv32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\susp.exe


Reboot the computer.
