Need Help: TrayApp and Photo Gallery issues

Unread postby Dabbs » June 3rd, 2006, 10:54 pm

Hello.
Everytime I reboot my computer I have windows installer open and try to install "TrayApp". I have to go to task manager and manually end the task to exit or windows installer keeps trying over and over to install.
Once I exit the "trayapp" then "Photo Gallery" tries to install. I have to click "cancel" several times to exit that program install but can exit without having to use task manager. Thank you in advance for any help.

So far I have:
Run Regvac- removed all dangers
Run Spybot S&D- over 100 entrys removed
Run Adaware- removed all dangers
Run Trojan Hunter- No trojans found
Run Ewido Anti-Malware- all dangers removed
Run Norton AV- no dangers found

All of my definitions are up to date on all programs.

Here is my HijackThis:

Hello, and welcome to the forums. :)

This does not appear to be a malware issue; it appears to be related to your HP printer. You will need to use the CD that came with your HP printer to resolve the issue.

Here are two links that will provide information that should help you to resolve the problem with both TrayApp and Photo Gallery...

I hope this helps.
