Hi jessica_idaho and welcome to the Malware Removal forums. My name is Whisperer and I will be helping you with your problem. Although I am experienced with computers, I am currently a Trainee in Malware removal and, as such, ALL of my replies will be vetted by malware experts.

If you can expand on how the computer is behaving that would be a help as often the description will give a clue where the log does not.
