One of my favorites...

The beginning of eternity,
The end of time and space.
The beginning of every end,
The end of every place.

What am I?

The letter 'e'. No, I didn't already know that .... just happened to spot it straight away.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

The 9-letter word is strengths.

Easy when you know no?
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

How about this:

You build a house with all 4 walls facing the same direction. A large bear comes wandering by.
What colour is the bear?
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Not a riddle really, but see if you can make sense of this:

The train to Tooting stood tooting on platform two from two to two to two two!

Its so obvious when you are given the solution

If it was given to me, then it was given to me from Above ;)

(My apologies .... I misread that as "You were given the solution". Aaarghhh!)

But nobody knows what colour the bear is yet?

Clue: If I build a house with all four walls facing the same direction, there are only two places I can be.

Wellll ..... supposing you're at the North Pole or the South Pole exactly.

Which is the only direction you can possibly look? Which way will all the walls face?

Angoid, the walls would face which ever way you decide they are pointing towards,

I mean who decides which side of the wall is the one which indicated which way it points :?

The bear is white.

The house is over the North pole, so all walls look south.

It is. If you're exactly on the North Pole, then every direction is south. There's no concept of East or West even .... just south.

You don't get polar bears at the south pole (if you built the house at the south pole then all the walls would face North by the same logic), only at the north pole.

Polar bears are, of course, white.

Hmmmmm .... I guess you could go South to go East by that logic, couldn't you?

What is an 8-letter word that contains KST in the middle, in the beginning, and at the end?
