I downloaded what i thought was Windows 10 and now I'm having serious malware and popups. I don't know where to begin!! Should I uninstall Windows 10? How do I go about that?

Attached are the files from DDS.SCR

Please help!!!

There are clear signs of an infection in the logs you supplied.

There are also indications in your logs that suggest that this machine is used for business purposes.
