OK, you've got a couple of boot level drivers that are failing to load ....

ArcSec belongs to software by ArcSoft (which is usually associated with some Photo/Video editing software)
mv91xx which is a Marvell Raid Controller

.... but whether these are the cause of your problems is hard to say, personally I don't believe they are, but this is not my area of expertise, so I could well be wrong.

As I said in an earlier post, this forum is concerned solely with the removal of infections, and as far as I can see your current problems are not being caused by an active infection, but rather by some as yet undefined software or hardware malfunction, which may or may not be related to the 2 failing drivers above.

At this point, I think you really have 2 options ....

  • If you wish I can refer you to a number of forums that specialise in hardware/software problems, and they may be able to help you find a solution.
  • You can backup your personal files and folders then reformat your hard drive and re-install Windows.

Which would end up being the swiftest/easiest solution for you is hard to say.

Please let me know what you'd like to do.

I decided to reformat, since using the fixes I found on Google for the drivers you noticed didn't work and I wasn't sure what else to could be wrong. It looks like everything is working normally. Thank you for helping in trying to fix my pc.

You're welcome. :)

Sorry we couldn't find a simpler solution for you than a re-format, but sometimes there's really no other option.

Glad to hear that the reformat resolved your issues.

Keep safe.

Since your problems are now resolved, this topic is closed.
