Hi there,

I hope you can help. Everytime a open a window 3 different pup up little windows jump in! Also when I click on a link, the page I want opens but also a random unrelevant one opens too. So I looked for any suspicious programs and I found and removed Bamboo something and also found Findwide.com which wouldn't let me remove it in a conventional way. So I have downloaded HijackThis, I run it as admin and I saved the log but couldn't send it here.

Then my mate who was guiding me through this told me to download and run malwarebytes. I also saved the log which i can send to you.
My mate told me to contact you when he saw the log. There was over a thousand infections which quite explained why I could't remove that Findwide.com.

I hope you can help.

Thank you, kind regards

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This thread will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:-
  • DDS logs (DDS.txt & Attach.txt)
  • Details of the problems you're experiencing.

If for any reason you can't run DDS, please let us know in your post.
