Possible Kraken BoBax

I was hoping someone could provide advice or insight into a possible solution, with this issue as I am not a technical person by any stretch. I have Trendmicro Titanium, RUBotted and Browserguard. I was recently was alerted by RuBotted that it caught something called "Possible Kraken BoBax". However, in the cleanup ressult log it states that it is "unable to remove" it. I tried to locate info on this malware on line without much success. I then downloaded "HiJackThis and ran a scan. the first message that came up stated this :

---------------------------
HijackThis
---------------------------
For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HijackThis may NOT be able to fix this.
If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click Start, Run and type:

notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

and press Enter. Find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them. Save the file as 'hosts.' (with quotes), and reboot.

For Vista: simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the HijackThis icon, choose 'Run as administrator'.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I than ran the scan, but in looking at the results i have no idea what should be removed or fixed or precisely what it is that I'm looking at? I'm just trying to detect the possible malware location so that I can delete it. T
