Unread postby NotMissSheila » December 25th, 2010, 9:45 pm

Hello, sorry if I am posting to wrong board but I couldnt find an appropriate board. I am trying to PM NonSuch but keep getting a message saying I am trying to send to too many users? Not sure why I am getting this and I cant seem to PM anyone. Please can anyone help me with this ?

I have no idea why you would be having a problem sending me a PM, unless you're accidentally selecting an option that is not permitted by the board software. However, if you just click on the PM button at the bottom of this post, that should work for you. :)

We'll take a look at this odd problem from the phpBB side, and see if we can figure out what's happening.

It appears that the issue may lie with your particular account for some as yet unknown reason. JimW has tried giving it a bit of a nudge, sort of like switching it off and then back on again, just to see if that might shake it loose and nudge it into working properly. So, give it another try and see if anything is different now. If not, we'll just keep working on a solution.

I've now cycled the account through deactivation and reactivation. Can you try again? And Happy New Year! :)

Do you think you could delete me as a member and let me register again perhaps using a new name to see if that works?

Yes, let's try that. We've certainly not succeeded with lesser measures!

I'm on a business trip, so it would be better if NonSuch did the deleting. I'm not logged on much, and we surely wouldn't want you to be unable to receive assistance!

I'll send her a PM.
