Redirect Problem on Inlaw's PC

At my in-laws for Thanksgiving and they brought up a problem with their internet browser (IE) constantly being redirected. They would search with Google/Yahoo and the resulting results would be nothing related to what they searched for, and even if it was the links would not go to the site when clicked on, but rather a completely unrelated site. I have scanned with Malware bytes, Spybot, Adaware and McAfee antivirus (the AV program already on their PC) and installed Firefox with major improvements, but not a complete fix. The search results now appear to be correct and now go to the correct site when clicked on, but every so often it will now jump from the page it is on to an unrelated page with advertisements. I have run GooredFix, FixTDSS and TDSSKiller thinking it was likely the Google redirect virus but all came up with nothing. Here's the Hijackthis:
