I tried your suggestion and I cannot see the files, then I tried using the run cmd and old DOS commands. I was finally able to do a "dir" for the directories but could not change to the directory. I did a little research and found that the only way to get the space back it to get rid of the "rescue and recovery" program. So lets get rid of it.
WOW, I went into add/delete programs and uninstalled the Rescue and Recovery program, I now have 34 MB of free space. Problem solved, case closed. You guys on this site are spectular, thanks for your help.
