Antimalware Doctor and trojan Help please!

Super Antispyware is still showing Antimalware Doctor infection even after I thought it eas removed. Im'm still getting popups from other web pages and google searches are redirected. I ran TDSS killer and it found a Trojan in atapi.sys. TDSS killer doesn't remove it even after a reboot.

Uninstall List

• Open HijackThis.
• Look under System tools.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
