computer having lag spikes/freezing - malwares causing this?

So basically my computer keeps on having lag spikes/freezing at times, and due to all the cleaning and removal of many mal-/spywares, I do suspect that they're behind this problem. It's like the computer is not responding/operating for a second or two, maybe internet browser not loading the page(s) properly or having a huge delay(s) or having lag spikes/freezing on an online game, also skype sound is cracking and lacking even though no updates have been applied recently. I do realize that I have too many anti-spyware/malware programs, but I'm not using them simultaneously, and I'm planning on removing them after the problem is more or less solved.
Should I also note that even though it's said that my Hijack log contains entries which are usually associated with 64-bit operation system, my Windows Vista is a genuine 32-bit version for it can only handle 3M of RAM. I ,however, don't know why the entries reside on my computer.

Cracked/Keygen related software detected!!!

While going through your logs I found out that you have downloaded various keygen/cracked software and that you are actively using it.

Our forum policy Here says we will not help people who use cracked or pirated software.
You likely got infected by using cracked software or visiting crack sites.
Hence, i would like you to remove all the crack/keygen applications that are present on your system
