Please Help - Browser Redirect !

Hello:
Have tried everything - latest updates of Spyware Doctor, Malwarebyte, CCleaner, but my Firefox browser redirects to shopping sites. Have copied my HijackThis Log below. I can't seem to find anything wrong - what am I not seeing ? Any help appreciated. Thank you.
