IP Blocking Virus

The other day I was sitting watching youtube videos and a "spyware removing" program started up. It looked similar to my normal program, so I let it run it's course. When it was finished my computer froze and would not let me "Ctl+Alt+Del." I figured I probably just downloaded a virus so I pulled my battery and restarted. When I restarted my computer was in "Classic Mode" (All things were gray and looked like the old Windows Classic) and would not connect to the interned...on wifi or pluged in. Also my sound no longer worked. I again restarted my computer, but in safe mode. In safe mode I ran AVG Free and AdAware. Both fixed a few some bugs, but not my current problem. I took the computer to GeekSquad, but they wanted $200 to fix it and I was not going to pay that much to fix a 3 year old Dell Computer. It is a Dell Laptop and runs on Windows XP SP2. GeekSquad took a quick look at my computer and said it was probably some sort of IP Blocking Virus. I also tried to turn back on Luna Mode for my style, but it was not there. I downloaded HyjackThis to a flash drive and installed it on my Dell Laptop. When I ran HyjackThis, this is what the log said:

Uninstall List

• Open HijackThis.
• Look under System tools.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
• Notepad will open. Please copy and paste the contents of this log in your next reply.

Please let me know what you use the Cisco Systems VPN client for.
