IE redirects Problem

Internet Explorer keeps redirecting me and opening new windows and going to strange site. I have done complete scans with AVG (full version, including rootkit scan), Spybot and Malwarebytes, also did CCleaner and I am still having the problem. Here is my Hijackthis Log. Thanks!
