scvhost.exe going nuts!! Help! all my resources gone.

Hi, please help. Every 15 or 20 mins, the scvhost.exe goes wacko and starts using all the computer resources, to the point where the computer is almost shutting down. If I go into task manager and end the process, the system gets messed up and I have to reboot anyways.

I'm not a "pro", but here is the report I think you need to look at.
