Very slow computer

Unread postby craymondr » March 28th, 2010, 5:39 pm

I posted before seeing the section about slow computers so I went ahead and did everything that was adviced in that section. I then ran RSIT.exe and I'm posting the log file here, however the info.txt file wasn't produced. In the directions, it said it would be minimized, but it's not there. I put RSIT on the desktop like instructed, but it's not there. So here's the log that was produced.

Unread postby Gary R » March 29th, 2010, 4:50 pm

You have posted a log other than the ones we require from you.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This thread will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:-
  • A HijackThis log.
  • An Uninstall list.
  • Details of the problems you're experiencing.

If for any reason you can't run HijackThis, please let us know in your post.
