hiya :)

my computer's working overtime. i've installed f-prot, microsoft antispyware, pestpatrol and adaware but that little green light often keeps blinking away when there's no apparent cause, slowing everything down and getting me rrrreeeeeeeaaaaaally frustrated. i suspect dirty deeds afoot... :evil:

Your log looks clean.

Have you turned off the disk indexing - it could be that accessing the drives, or emule if you have that running all the time.
