Hello arqa,
That is great news.
The install procedure should be much easier because Dell has a well documented reinstall guide. In order to read some documents, you will have to select you model from a dropdown box and enter the service tag.
I will list the main documents here. Read them and let me know if there is anything you don't understand. Don't start the reinstall yet. Just create the boot floppy, test it but
do not type in format c: for now.
Install Procedure
The installation does not format the hard disk. To do that use the emergency boot diskette (made by going to Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs|Startup Disk tab or downloaded from
here. Boot with that and at the DOS prompt enter format c: and click <Enter>. Once the disk is formatted you can install ME using the procedures given below.

To help you install your operating system, drivers, and related software for your Dell system, view or print step-by-step instructions from the Dell Software Reinstall Guide at:
http://support.us.dell.com/us/en/kb/org.
You will have to enter your Dell Model & the Service Tag (that's why I can list the appropriate articles here) Select a category you wish info about from the dropdown box.
If you have questions about a procedure, please include the link to the document since I don't know your references (Model & Tag)
Let me know ok.
