Ron tool agadoo in Add/Remove programs and continuous pop up

Dear Readers,

I have Windows XP with Norton AV and Malwarebytes installed on my PC. Both are working fine. Norton AV detects some of online threats and remove them.

Before couple of weeks, I found pop up of 'Fake Antivirus scan', I tried close it and it took me to another online page where automatically scaning started. I closed that webpage. I found such pop ups 7 to 8 times in last 2 weeks. I did run Norton AV and updated Malwarebytes, but they could not find anything.

In control panel in add/remove programs , I see 'Ron Tool Agadoo', I tried to uninstall it but it asked me for validation confirmation to uninstall which I did not provide as I thought it may make it more worse.

I am not interested to download another Anti Virus or Anti Spyware as I have updated Norton AV ( paid subscriptions) and updated Malwarebytes ( free downloaded). But I would like to remove pop ups and 'Ron Tool Agadoo' from my PC.

Can you please suggest me some ways. Thank you.
