IE Browser Hijacked--Have Logs from HiJack This

Hello--my IE browser has been hijacked for a while now. I have since used Chrome and it works fine, but I prefer IE. I have been trying to resolve this but have been unsuccessful and I do not want to spend $30 on a cleaner.
