My page keeps getting redirected

Hi all,

Whenever I search something on google, and it brings me to whatever it finds...after clicking on the link it's suppose to take me too, the browser takes me to a whole different site. I don't know what it is, but I downloaded HiJackThis and it suggested that I put the log of my scan here. Please help me out.
