HiJackThis log. Please Help

My computer has been getting infected like crazy for the past few days and I have no idea why it is happening. I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware several times the past few days and it seems like as soon as I finish cleaning up whatever the scan finds more infections pop up. I also just had an alert from my McAfee Security Center say that my computer was infected with Artemis!8937389568FE.

My computer is also making the sound you get whenever you get error messages (not sure what it's called) at random times with no error windowsor any type of alerts being shown.
