  • Double Click on cpes_clean.exe.
  • Follow the prompt.

Next,
Reboot into the usual account.

Next,
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware here and save to the desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
    Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    Image
  • Refer to above image and then click Remove Selected to proceed.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the log back into your next reply
Note:
  • The log can also be found here:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt
  • Or via the Logs tab when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is started.
Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

  • After the scan has finished, EXIT Blacklight. Do not choose to rename any items, because legitimate items might be present!
  • Post the fsbl-xxxxxxx.log logfile which was made (can be found in the same directory as Blacklight). xxxxxxx are numbers representing the current date.

Next,
Checklist.
Please post.
  • Content of MBAM log
  • Content of fsbl-xxxxxxx.log (xxxxxxx are numbers representing the current date)

Hi,

Good to hear that. ;)

If this program is bad let me know and i will delete it.

There is a file of this program infected with the malware. But it's up to you to choose either to remove this program or just let it be.

If it is not fixed and it starts up again may i come back and get assistance again?

Your system apparently clean from any infection. For sure you can come here and ask for the assistance. ;)
If the CDROM appears again, I would suggest looking for assistance at one of these TechSupport forums. As it is most likely related to windows than to malware.

Good System/Hardware Help Forums

You may need to do free registration in order to post at their forum ;)

Other than that,

Good!
Your system now is clean.
Let's do some cleaning and management.

First,

Double Click on OTM.exe.
  • Click on CleanUp!.
  • Select Yes when the "Begin cleanup Process?" prompt appears.
  • If you are prompted to Reboot during the cleanup, select Yes.
  • The tool will delete itself once it finishes, if not delete it by yourself.

Next,
You may proceed to delete the tools that we used during this process.
