Installed Program List

It would be helpful to see a list of programs installed on your computer.

• Please start Hijackthis
• Click the Open the Misc Tools section button
• Click the Open Uninstall Manager... under System Tools

You will see a list of programs installed on your computer.
Please click the Save List... button and specify where you would like to save the list.
Once you click Save, the list will open in Notepad. Simply copy and paste the entire contents of Notepad in your next post.

Before this post, due to the time between my initial and 72 hr post I ran Hitman Pro and it found a Java script running on my other (empty) (f:) hard drive. I removed it and it seemed to cure all my ills. I apologize for not being patient.

TheraScribe is professional software used by practitioners in the mental health field, correct? I can't think of a reason someone would have it installed on a strictly home computer. Am I incorrect in my conclusion that the computer is used for professional work as well?

That must be a program my GF uses for her post grad training/internship. So yes, I guess that is in fact a professional use of my laptop!

It was unintentional on my part to post here. I didn't know that she even used my laptop for her work/school purposes.
