Virus infected fusefeha.dll

Someone got on my computer and got a virus on it. Avira says its fusefeha.dll in system32 is the infected file but anything I try it comes back up. Plenty of the same old virus symptoms pop ups, hijacked searches, blocking programs from starting, and slowness. I booted into safe mode because I couldn't even get this log file or on the internet.
