Very funny Chris! LOL My typing speed is whatever speed that I can talk since I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking. However, the accuracy depends on how careful I am with my pronunciation. I get bogged down with coding. This particular version of DNS cannot be taught how to leave out spaces after a tag. That's what I have the canned speeches for. Ha Ha
If I remember the propaganda correctly, my version (DNS 8 Preferred) is capable of 160+ words per minute with 98%, or better, accuracy. I have no way proving or disproving that statement simply because I can't talk that fast. I'm not sure if I can even THINK that fast.
When you are ready to begin the typing speed test, click the Start the clock button, copy the sample text below, and then click the Stop the clock button.
5438 wpm
Copy and paste is great
33 WPM in fairness. I too will not quit my day job.

1st and only time I took this test was 59 wpm with 1 mistake.
grrrrrr I have not taken a typing test in a long time but it stinks compared to what I used to do. But then again, I don't have a job where I do nothing but type all the time, anymore.
@Rogue! You totally cracked me up with that Copy and Paste comment!
My husband had to run over to see what I was laughing so hard at! Good one!
