rootkitwin32agent virus help

i seem to be having problems with this virus
it continuously pops up the fake antivirus software[malware defense]
i can't click on links without being liked to their phony site
and the computer doesn't read my cd drive so i can't save any of my stuffD:

help will be very much appreciated[:
