Cannot open Norton 2010 or Windows Defender

Can someone please help me with this issue? Norton will not turn on and windows defender will not allow me to click anything. I have run MAM an SUPER anti spyware. They found 1 to 2 items each. I will post the Hijack and uninstall logs below. Thanks for the help!
