I did everything I was suppose to .. I am new to this site and have NEVER posted anything.

I suggest you pay a little more attention to what you've actually posted before you start accusing people of closing your "one and ONLY post for help." ;)

Hi Margaret,

We never close duplicate posts unless there is a duplicate. If you go to your member profile page (by clicking the "profile" button in any of your posts), you'll see that you've made 3 posts to this forum.

Click on "search user's posts" and you'll get a list of your posts. I think you'll find that one of them is in fact a duplicate post, which is why we closed it.
