NEED HELP WITH HIJACK THIS RESULTS- HAVE GENERIC DX TROJAN!

I need some assistance in removing stubborn generic dx! trojan which is regenerating itself so quickly in my c:windows/temp folder. I also have adware tracking cookies which I can't get rid of-- related?? I have McAfee and SuperAntiSpyware which detect and quarantine but they keep regenerating themselves so quickly I can't remove them fast enough- these programs aren't removing the trojans and malware completely. The malware is redirecting me to different websites. Don't have any idea how this got on my computer. I downloaded and ran HijackThis - here is the results of that scan: Can you please tell me if you see anything that looks like it's causing this?
