Malware, Active Security?

Hello! I am hoping that someone can help me with this bug. When it first came up it was throwing up all kinds of 'your computer has been infected, give us your money and be saved' warnings. Tried to figure out what it was and deleted a couple of obvious virus', but it won't let me run any exe programs and now won't let me start in safe mode- so there is only so much I've been able to do.

Also has pop up's attached to it while browsing and seems to have some interference if I search for the "wrong" term (one that is virus related). My log is as follows:

Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2

Hi Rebecca,

You have posted an incomplete HijackThis (HJT) log, what you have posted is just the running processes.

Because of this it is likely your topic will not be answered and you will not receive the help you need.

Please read THIS post which describes how to post a HJT log properly. Then start a new topic and post a complete HJT log please.

Thanks for your co-operation.
