Browser slow, pc fan going like the clappers, malware ?

Hi,

I have posted the hijack this log below. Would be eternally thankful if someone could have a look and tell me whats safe to remove as im convinced i have some dirty little programs hiding in my pc but my army of anti virus programs dont seem to be able to shift it

when i check task manager processes to determine whats using up all my PU it says "system idle processes" not sure if that helps or not

• Open HijackThis.
• Go to Open the Misc Tools section by clicking on the box.
• Under the Systems tools, look for Open Uninstall Manager and click on it.
• Click Save list... and save the text file in a convenient location.
