[duplicate] Please help, problems with pc

Hi there,

I hadn't used my pc for a while and when i did i noticed it running v.strangley, internet loosing connection when connected via ethernet, couldn't uninstall certain programs, pc hanging etc....
AVG picked up a Trojan horse S.Heur.AFYN C:\Windows\System32\SearchProtocolHost.exe I aslo found that my router had suffered a DOS Smuft attack. I have tried to read up on the above but i am getting conflicting information.

I would be most grateful if someone could help me out.
