THANK YOU in advance for your help. My computer was acting VERY bad about a week and a half ago everything was crashing and I could only do a virus scan in safe mode. I disabled the following items from my startup and it seemed to start working more normally... but it is I do not trust it as much as I did before.

I updated Norton when my computer was having issues, I also downloaded Avast professional at that time. Neither of these systems found any viruses/trojans/malware. Malwarebytes was the only system that found any negative files, but problems persisted until I changed the start-up programs.

Yes but you should use only one antivirus.

So please uninstall either Norton or avast and post back a fresh HijackThis log :)
