Well for what it is worth, I think you are clean of malware.

What you need now is to do some normal cleaning up and what I would call housekeeping on the computer.

The best place to get that advice as you have a Dell computer is on Dells own forum, the windows experts they will assist you.

Go to http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/
You will need to register, visit the windows XP board and ask for advice on cleaning up and housekeeping tasks. Tell them ChrisRLG sent you from this forum, and that I said you were clean of malware.

BTW all the experts at Dell are all other users like you and me, not Dell employees.
