Hi :)

First.
Log.txt will auto save for you.
Try this :
  • Go to Start > Click Run.
  • Copy and paste below code to the box and click OK
    Code: Select all
    \Program Files\Eset\Eset Online Scanner\log.txt
  • Log.txt will come out. Copy and paste at this thread

Next,
Fix entries.
  • Go to HiJackThis Main menu.
  • Click at Do a system scan only button.
  • Search for below entries and tick it.
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\jusched.exe"
    O23 - Service: Yahoo! Updater (YahooAUService) - Yahoo! Inc. - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\SoftwareUpdate\YahooAUService.exe
  • Close any other program and leave HiJackThis alone.
  • Click Fix checked

It's normal to have your system running slow because of the amount of RAM.
I still need the log.txt (ESET) before I can release you.

Next,
Discussion.
For the question No. 1,2, and 4 : You are the user that installed all program. What left now is legit. If you want to remove, it's your preferences. ;)
3)We're almost done for malware issue. Your problem now seem to be hardware related. Please use below recommended forum to ask about hardware.

Good System/Hardware Help Forums

All may require you to register free before posting for help.
There is actually no help for the hardware system until at least another 256Mb of RAM is installed.

Next,
Checklist.
Please post.
  • log.txt.
  • New HiJackThis log
  • Any question?
