hijack this log

About a week ago my computer started redirecting me everytime I clicked a link on the internet. I reformatted my system and installed antivirus software which detected a trojan generic virus. It says the virus is now quarantined and my system is safe, but I am still weary. Please assist me. Here is my hijackthis log:
