don8253,
Welcome to the Malware Removal Forum.
Your log is not too bad.
Some of the advice may be inconvenient. Programs like Incredimail are familiar, even though they take advantage of you.
-----------------------------------------------------------
The use of Incredimail opens your system to attacks, and in the User Agreement, claims permanent ownership !! of anything sent thru their mail service.
See full article here: http://www.langa.com/newsletters/2002/2002-10-10.htm#6
The instructions here proceed as if you would like to remove it.
Both Outlook Express and Mozilla Thunderbird are safer.
Ignore the Removal below if you decide to keep it.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Use Add/Remove Programs In Control Panel
From Start, Settings, Control Panel or Start, Control Panel, click Add/Remove Programs.
Highlight each Entry, as follows, one by one, if it exists, and choose Remove :
Incredimail
Take extra care in answering questions posed by any Uninstaller. Some questions may be worded to deceive you into Keeping the program.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Remove log items with HighjackThis. Start HijackThis.
Click Scan. When the Scan is complete, Check the following entries:
(Some of these lines may be missing)
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust ... _side.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust ... yahoo.com/
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust ... yahoo.com/
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust ... _side.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust ... yahoo.com/
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust ... yahoo.com/

If you decide to get rid of Incredimail, you should check these lines also, if they exist:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [IncrediMail] C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\bin\IncMail.exe /c
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Add animation to IncrediMail Style Box - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\bin\resources\WebMenuImg.htm

Make sure all other windows except HJT are closed, and Click Fix Checked.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Post a New HJT Log
Reboot your computer. Start HijackThis. Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply.
