Can't Connect To Wireless after running Combofix

I had a virus on my laptop. The symptom was a red circle with a white x in it in the lower right hand corner in the system tray. A warning would pop up from it saying "Your computer is infected!" etc. I ran Combofix and upon completion I am unable connect to the internet with Firefox or Explorer. All the scans I have run, show no sign of virus etc. I have used AVG, Malwarebytes and ad-aware. The icon in the system tray shows that I am connected to my wireless network with an excellent connection. When I go to view available wireless networks it shows nothing where before there were always 3 or 4. Please help and try to use simple terminology with explicit instructions for I am not super savvy. Thanks so much. David =]
