Help! Hijack This! Log

Hi,

I appear to have some sort of worm or virus or something. When doing google searches, clicking on any links brings me to a different page than the actual link. Not sure how to get rid of this!
Yesterday, Windows Police Pro popped up on my computer yesterday. I think I was able to remove it using Malware Bites and OTMoveIt--but maybe there is still something there?

Update 10:14 am: Appears Windows Police Pro is back, and there have been several desktop icons of porn installed on my desktop. Please help!

Quite a lot to do here. Just take one step at a time.
This infection can be extremely difficult to remove, and there are no guarantees that it can be done without some damage to the system. This is one of those infections that wants to either own your machine or trash it.

Remove Programs Using Control Panel
(You can re-install Spybot if you wish, when we are through.)
From Start, Settings, Control Panel or Start, Control Panel, click Add/Remove Programs.
Highlight each Entry, as follows, one by one, if it exists, and choose Remove :

Spybot S&D

Give OK to remove all settings from Spybot.

Make sure Every other window except HJT is closed (No other tabs showing in the bottom tray), and Click Fix Checked
Click the "X" in the upper right corner of the HiJackThis window to close it.

Stop Process
Close ALL open windows. Use Ctrl-Alt-Delete together to bring up the task manager.
Under the processes tab, if it is visible, check the box 'Show processes from all users'.
Highlight this one, if present, and "End Process":

Download and Run MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
Please go here to the Download Location, click on Download.

• After clicking on the download and choosing Save, the "Save to location" dialog will come up.
• Choose Desktop as the location to save the installer and click Save again.
• You should now have a desktop icon named mbam-setup.exe. Double-click it.
• Let it install the program where it wants to, with the default settings, and click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• If necessary, start Malwarebytes Anti-Malware again.
• Once the program is running, select Perform Quick Scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• If it found any malware items. Be sure that every item is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location, and post the contents in your reply.
• The log can also be found using the "Logs" tab in the program. You can click any log listed to open its contents.
• Recent logs are named by time/date stamp in this format : mbam-log-2009-mm-dd(hour-min-sec).txt
• You can now delete the installer icon, named mbam-setup.exe from your desktop.

If the program will not run, you may have to go into the Malwarebytes folder here: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\ and click View, Details and rename the mbam.exe file to ABFox.exe.
Then double-click ABFox.exe to run it.

Run the RSIT Scanner
Please download the scanner from here and save it to your desktop. The icon will be named RSIT.exe
Doubleclick the RSIT icon.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open
log.txt <- this one will be maximized
info.txt <- this one will be minimized
( Default location for both files is C:\rsit\ )
Copy/Paste the contents of both log.txt and info.txt into your next post please. Use two posts if you prefer.

We are looking for the log from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and the two logs from the RSIT scanner. Use separate posts if you prefer.
